Class booking and cancellation policies, as well as privacy policies, depend on the venue, please check with them directly.
For massage bookings at the Summertown Clinic there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, and at the Practice Rooms a 48 hour cancellation policy (with less notice than this the full payment will still be due). Any medical history or contact information provided at massage sessions will be kept strictly confidential, and may be held in secure storage for up to 7 years as required for insurance purposes. No one else will have access to this information.
